If I could give this practice 0 stars I would!!!! From my first visit until today’s phone call has been nothing short of a horror movie. The front desk girl that I just spoke to was so incredibly rude to the point if I was one of the docs there or office mgr and heard the way she was speaking to a patient I would have fired her immediately!!!!!! My first visit was with a PA and that didn’t go so well. I was going to leave the practice then but an office mgr spoke with me about it so I stayed. I then had a second appointment with the Dr. W he was pleasant. The major problem is the front desk. I’m not sure if they are the docs wives but they are so unprofessional. I’m still speechless from that phone call. At that point of the call I asked to speak with the office mgr and her reply was no. Then I asked her name and she would not give it to me. Then she said I’m hanging up over and over. I wasn’t even talking. I am definitely pursuing this to speak with the owner who is Dr. W. HORRIBLE!!
