Horrible w/ medicine refill requests!!!
I guess you have to be on a death bed to get your medicines refilled in a timely manner. It took them 3 wks to refill my daughters high blood pressure medication, and now I'm going on week 3 of constant calling for my medication. They told me Thur they would refill that day or the next, and apologized as they are suppossedly short-staffed. It's now Tue and I STILL don't have my medicine refilled. They are lucky my life doesn't depend on this medicine, otherwise I'd be long gone. Absolutely horrible, with no regard or concern for patients well-being!!
