I'm coming up on almost 10 years of dealing with medical issues and the experience dealing with this office was the absolute worst. The receptionists are rude and do not ever answer calls or call back the patient (or insurance). The appointment wait times are horrendous, if they can even get you in for an appointment since the doctors are hardly ever in. They lose and input paperwork incorrectly (and also have no patient portal). They don't work with you/insurance on getting the procedure you need appealed despite your condition worsening (I was hospitalized twice due to new symptoms & symptoms worsening). I have also heard many other patients complain too aside from myself. I don't write negative reviews unless it's a truly awful experience so AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
