This was the worst doctors visits I've ever had!!! First of all I was having a serious problem with the skin around my eye. Because I was a new patient I had to wait over a month to get in. When I got the office I had to wait a half hour to be called back to see the doctor. When I finally was and I explained to the technician that there were several reasons I had come in to see the doctor and the worst of them was my eye. I was informed that I was only allowed to discuss 1 issue with the doctor. I would have to come back for everything else. I'm sure so they can collect multiple copayments. Dr. Mastromonaco is one of the most ignorant doctors I've ever had the misfortune of seeing. I was trying to explain the problem and before I even finished she was telling me I needed to see an eye doctor. I happen to work for an eye doctor who had already said that my eye was perfectly healthy. The problem was with the skin swelling. Her response was "maybe you should see another eye doctor!!!" I
