Chapel Hill Family Medicine

I've stayed at Chapel Hill Family Practice for 20 years because the care is top notch. I feel that I'm getting the right information about all my medical issues (and I have many). I honestly feel that Dr. Haddad cares about me like I'm a member of his own family. He analyzes my labs the day they come back and quickly exlains the results to me. I know he works into the night getting the reports done. I can attest to this because I've noted the late time stamp on his emails to me. And when you're in the office they give you the time you need. It's not like a factory. I feel safe there and that's a happy feeling.

Dr Haddad & his staff are very professional, dedicated & thorough. I've been his patient for more than a decade and during that period he has turned my negative health issues (high blood pressure, diabetes, high chlorestoral, etc) around. I feel very fortunate that he's my doctor and would strongly recommend him to anyone without question.

More than a visit the attitude and caring of Dr. Haddad and his entire staff. Not only are they excellent diagnosticians but they are truly caring about their patients. I have received phone calls on more than 5 occasions from Dr. Haddad after 9P.M. on Fridays (his day off) Saturdays and Sundays. The most recent while he was on vacation. The concern for the care of their patients is what separates this office form the rest. Their practice is what I believe a medical office should be. It reminds me of a time when their was pride in helping not of making money. They believe in and practice the Hippocratic Oath. The office wants to help people both physically and mentally. They are not afraid to research for my benefit. This to me makes them tops. All physicians with the aid of a computer can diagnose. Very few really care about their patients and treat them with care and respect. An office visit is an office visit, Caring is 24/7 with this office. I highly recommend.
