Unresolved Medical Records, MRI Follow-Up, Bill
I visited OrthoNJ in Clark, NJ on 6-21-24 and had an x-ray done. Unfortunately, I continued to experience issues in the following months, so I called in early August 2024 to request an MRI. The woman I spoke with assured me she'd follow up, but I never heard back.I've since decided to seek treatment with another provider and requested a copy of my x-ray. I've left a message for the records department, but no one has responded. They don't answer the phone, and I urgently need that x-ray to assist in my ongoing treatment. While I could get a new x-ray, it seems unreasonable to incur additional time and costs, both for myself and my insurance.Additionally, I overpaid my bill, which included a co-pay that I had already paid during my visit. I'm still waiting for that refund.
