Profits over people
Staff and billing department are just horrible. Their number one policy is that if your insurance did not cover 100% of a visit, and you end up with a bill you can't full pay right away (no payment plan) they have no problem refusing care and leaving pregnant women in life threatening situations. Absolutely appalling in this day and age that people are treated like this. They care nothing about people.
