Poor Customer Service
This office was a referral for me and I am so disappointed in my experience that I feel the need to share. I experienced long wait times (I waited over 45 mins past my appt time to be seen) & was told by the office staff that this is typical for their office. Once I was seen, I was offered 1 solution without a diagnosis or explanation for the issue I came in with. Additionally, I was told I should get a biopsy for an issue that seems really minor, to rule out melanoma (which seemed completely low risk and highly unlikely). When it came to scheduling a follow up, I was given one date the following month, when I said that couldn't work for me, I was told it would be another month until there was any availability. The lack of customer care & consideration ultimately led me to seek another opinion, where I was easily able to schedule, was seen within 20 mins of my appt time, was heard by the doctor and given several options for my eye issue and confirmed that a biopsy was unnecessary.
