Hackensack Meridian Medical Group-Endocrinology

I have been calling the office since 10/31/23 trying to get a prescription sent for an ultrasound and everytime I call the phone staff is RUDE! So rude I had to put the phone on speaker just so the hospital staff could hear the way this woman was talking to me because I was asking questions regarding MY HEALTH and my appointment. I’m leaving a review because today was the day. This woman was telling me for a fact that I haven’t called I need to reevaluate myself and proceeded to hang up on me because again I’m at the hospital attempting to get my script sent over and again placed my phone on speaker! They need new start of a training course for these people. It is very unprofessional and if I didn’t personally already deal with a doctor (the one who performed my surgery) I would stay away and absolutely tell anyone I knew NOT to use this dr office. They are painting a picture of this great place that I don’t think the Doctors would be happy about
