Long wait! $3 for a mask
I was sent to this office by my Dr for pre admission testing. I was made to purchase a mask for $3 even though it is no longer mandated. Additionally I was left in the waiting room!! They have a sign that they will need to reschedule your appointment if you are 15 mins late!!
