St Mary's Eye & Surgery Center

My primary referred me, so I called, and was given a 3:15 pm appointment with Dr. Paul Park for today, and was told to arrive 20 minutes earlier than my appointment to fill out paperwork. I arrived promptly at 2:55 pm and having made a quick work of the initial documents, the waiting game began. At 4:05 pm, I inquired very nicely how much longer the wait would be, and was told, "it usually takes 2 hours". I kindly asked for my information back, apologized, and left. Afterwards, I went to Healthgrades.com to look for Dr. Paul Park, but could not find him. I'm not sure what kind of mickey mouse operation they're running here. If there were professional staff, they must have all left. Sadly disappointed at the fact that they knew that wait would be so long, but still had the galls to tell people to arrive 20 minutes earlier. Also sadly disappointed that they did not disclose the 2 hour wait time. I don't understand the logic.
