Came in with an issue, left with no solution
I came in with an issue, and I left with no solution. I had to call in for my test results months later, no one said anything. Still have the same issue. No follow up or additional tests. But they sure were quick to send me to collections when I didn't want to reward bad medical practice.

The doctors there are good, no doubt. But I went to their Parsippany office specifically for a procedure they said they would do. Two days before my follow-up appointment for this procedure, made 3 weeks prior, they called and said don't come. They could not get the medical device anymore. Too bad they didn't check before I came in the first place. I could have saved a $300 useless office visit. Such is the state of the medical industry today. Don't really care for the patient...

I had an appt with Dr. Brian Leibovitz; He was 40 minutes late, never apologized for having me wait, the appt was rushed; I heard so many great things about this doctor, I was highly disappointed
