Parsippany Foot & Ankle

I am just off the phone with the front office - specifically Chris at Parsippany Foot and Ankle. My elderly mother is having a problem with her foot and I was told by her assisted living nurse that she needs to see her foot doctor immediately. They gave me an appointment for tomorrow and then called back and canceled. It was super unprofessional and Chris was beyond nasty. She basically told me to take my mother to urgent care. They have no appointments for current clients today, tomorrow or Saturday. When I mentioned that was not acceptable and that I should have to find someone else - she said gladly! Wow, haven't had someone speak to me in such a nasty way in a long time. I hope the doctors in the practice know how the front office is treating their customers. We shall be moving on 100%.
