No return calls in over a MONTH
Had cavities filled and cement was smeared over 3 of the outside of my teeth. It’s cutting up the inside of my cheek. I go to make an appointment to get that fixed and to schedule the two root canals I need. I’ve been calling for WEEKS with not ONE return call!! I’m not begging for anyone’s business, even after decades of a satisfactory relationship. I don’t know what’s happened to this office in the recent years—but it’s not good for the consumer at all. The office staff is HIGHLY unprofessional and couldn’t care less about anyone’s appointments. So I am OUT for GOOD!
