Please take your kids somewhere else!
Scheduled a visit for my daughter roughly two months ago and the morning of the appointment I receive a text (not a phone call) to call about the appointment. When I called I was met with a dismissive and condescending tone from a receptionist. She gave no options and made no effort to offer me an apt with a different doctor for the same time, even after I expressed that this was for my daughter's sports physical. After I demanded to speak to someone, I got a 4:10 apt. My husband had an issue picking up both kids and made it 4 min after the grace period and they cancelled the apt. The office manager was rude and also condescending as if this is a requirement for employment at PNP. This is the third scheduling issue where they have moved my apt. Last year it was pushed out a month later and now Im locked in to the later month annually due to insurance. The dismissive and rude culture make this a dangerous place as this is how things are missed. Take your kids elsewhere.

Money trumps child care here-stay away!
Had a baby in April and because of this office, nothing has been more stressful. Newborn insurance can be complicated since they have to be seen several times before they have an insurance ID, SSN, etc. long story short, my insurance was having issues adding my newborn and I only discovered this via a text in the portal threatening collections if her past visits were not paid as a full out of pocket cash patient (no insurance). Left half a dozen messages on the business office voicemail over the past several weeks and no one has even attempted to call me back. What’s worse, my 4 month old was denied an appointment for her next scheduled vaccines!!!! Now she is behind on her vaccines while we find another practice. Run away from this office where the dollar is more important than your child!

We loved our doctor (Dr. Baddi!) and the convenience of this large provider, but the policies, office and support staff are the WORST. For example, they make you show your insurance card every single time you walk in the door -- it doesn't matter if it's your 4th visit that week and you just showed it to them yesterday. The office staff are incredibly rude and obstructive. Thankfully, I moved away from the area and won't be back, but I've been through an irritating nightmare trying to get medical records in their possession.
