Rainbow Pediatrics

After I have been with this office since 2007 with six children I can honestly say this office has turned into a money making clinic. The patient care is no longer there because of the administrative changes with Advocare. My son has a lump on his breast and before they would schedule an appointment they tried to say I had to talk to billing. Billing has not sent me a bill in many years. They never reach out at all but when I am worried about my son having a horrible problem they hold up my appointment so that I can't schedule. This office is no longer about taking care of children it is about money. Horrible place now. Time to find a caring pediatric office.

I had to take my grandson for a COVID test. He is 2 yrs old. I took him to the Rio Grande office. The blonde , heavier set, older nurse ( wish I got her name ) came outside where I was parked and contrary to her coworker who got into my car and swabbed him in his car seat the previous time , this one remarked “ take him out, your car is not convenient “ after I took him out of his car seat in the rain, I asked if she was going to hold his head while I hold his hands. She said “oh no! Im not touching him”. So she expected that I hold a 32 pound toddler and hold his hands and head in the process! She was rude, extremely unprofessional. Next time I’ll go to the Clermont office where I’ve been told the healthcare workers are wonderful. Shame on you. I work in healthcare and I am disgusted at the attitude received. Get out of the healthcare field if you can’t handle these trying times.
