My husband was rushed to the ER one morning at 2am with the consequences of bad practice while he was in the hospital. This group prescribed antibiotics for him while in the hospital without examine him so they didn’t see the damage despite his complaints of pain. The urologist was called to the ER. It was Bonitz disheveled and very angry. He mumbled and complained and said his evening was great “until you two called.” He proceeded to be rude and condescending. He was nasty and yelled in my face refusing to discuss my husbands condition. He had no control over his emotions and didn’t hesitate to project them at us, two elderly and vulnerable people. He should be ashamed. He is not a healer. Avoid this practice and especially this man. The office is disorganized and one hand doesn’t know what the other one is doing. There are great urologists at Monmouth Medical.
