Review for Heta Patel and rest of staff

I took my mom here and she had a horrible experience with Heta Patel as her optometrist. She was extremely rushed. Came into the exam room in a hurry and was trying to get through the exam at record speed. My mom went through the exam but her prescription did not seem right at all to her. Then she had another exam somewhere else and in fact it was not correct. When we tried to reach out to them the front desk person is EXTREMELY rude. She kept saying they'll call back but didn't. We went in person and she continued to be very condescending and unnecessarily rude. Would never ever go here or recommend someone to come here.
