Terrible billing department
The doctors were fine, but their billing department is the absolute worst. I was there for 4 visits and paid my copay every time before I left. I then receive a bill to pay the copay. I call up and they say they do not have a record of the copays. I pay the bill and then a woman from the office calls and says I do not need to pay. I call up the billing department and say I have not received my reimbursement. They give excuses that they are waiting from a payment from the insurance company. Never use this place because of their billing department.
