VERY unprofessional! There is ZERO 'bedside manner', no explanation of what was being done, everything so rushed, the chaos in the office was almost unbearable and I generally have NO anxiety-I left there saying 'this is why people don't like dentists'. After novacaine wore off, I felt like a preschooler got into plaster in my mouth! The filling Dr. Alex Wang did was not full in the tooth and messy on edges so there were all sharp edges from the freshly drilled tooth and the filling material, so much so that there are gouges in the side of my tongue!! All this after them being paid $1525.00 for a root canal that took him 15 min!! OHHH and did I mention the 45 minutes I waited before even being taken back? I was told to arrive 15 min early yet they made me wait 45 min min after my appointment. My time is just as valuable as theirs!! NEVER AGAIN and I will be notifying my dentist as well as my insurance company of the service I received!
