Disappointed
Upon my arrival, I signed in and waited almost 20 minutes for my name to be called out. Upon walking up to the front desk, I was told that I must have canceled my appointment by mistake. There was no mistake since someone from their office rescheduled me. I show up once a year there is ALWAYS a problem. Incompetent staff. Please replace them. Plus, too many patients for the size of the practice. Looking for another Derm and spreading the word to stay away from this practice which has grown too big for them to handle the number of patients. Plus, polite but incompetent staff. It showed in the frustration of the other patients in the waiting area.
