Disappointed
My child was the patient. All visits were virtual. My child was prescribed medication after the first visit. I later found out sessions were 5-10 minutes. The doctor told my child after the last visit that he couldn’t to anything else. Never reached out to me. I had to find a new doctor quickly due to the medication. There was an issue with the insurance. The doctor tried to assist with me. His staff refused to work with me. They are rude. They told me I was”grossly unfair” to believe that the doctor would help. I know Joann is ignorant and unprofessional. Whoever is the billing department is as well. That might be Joann. I’m highly disgusted. I would never recommend.
