Valley Medical Group - Cardiology, Westwood

Dr. Eisenberg's office was very disappointing. My first visit, I was addressed by him with an attitude that included scoffing and questioning why I would've even gone to a cardiologist for it (the concern was related to heart palpitations). He said that I could have a stress test done, but didn't think it was necessary. I went for the stress test at another appointment and they put the leads on me twice, because they weren't working correctly with the machine, and the technicians (about five people total came in to try to figure it out) couldn't figure out why. They did the test even though it wasn't working correctly. The lines were going crazy on the monitor. I'm not a doctor, but even I could tell that the leads weren't reading correctly by looking at the monitor. They continued questioning it during the test. When it was done, someone left the room and supposedly had the doctor read it. She came back one minute later and said the doctor said it was ok. Never saw the doctor.
