Williamstown Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

I needed a new dentist and made an appointment here. They called me for what I thought was a reminder call but was a very rude girl saying my insurance was no good (it was) then I get call a little later saying they were confirming my appointment. No biggie, mistakes happen. So day of appointment I walk in, and go to the front desk where I wait for about 20 mins why the redhead at the front desk finishes her conversation. When I finally speak up, she tells me to sign the sheet and she’ll get to me. I sit, wait for another 20 mins to walk back up to an eye roll from her. What?! I finally go back, and thankfully the hygienist (long blonde hair) was great. She walks me back up, tells the same front desk girl to make me a follow up. As soon as the hygienist walks away, she tells me to sit and wait (AGAIN!!) while she talked loudly about how some patients are so annoying. I couldn’t believe it. I walked out and will never go back. Shame because the hygienist and doctor were great.
