Dr. Pacheco is the best in his field.
I live over 250 miles away and it’s worth the trip to get the care Dr. Pacheco provides. His assistant, Lisa is always very friendly and kind. Living with RA is difficult and painful, but I trust the doctor to provide exceptional service and for his support staff to assist me with my aftercare needs.

Totally unprofessional
I have been waiting just about 3 months for an intake, and received a call today as I was getting ready for my appointment that the doctor was out with COVID. Totally understandable. Take care of yourself. However, I was notified the next available appointment would be in February of 2025. This is absolutely ludicrous and totally unacceptable. If they are going to cancel the visit they need to make accommodation for their actions. Do not waste your time with this agency. They will certainly waste yours.

Doesn’t look out for patients
Watch out for this clinic. I’ve been going to this clinic for 7 months, after waiting 5 months for an appt. I told them 3 months ago that my insurance was changing to BCBS and they said, Excellent. Now, they informed me they take BCBS, but not my type of plan, so I suddenly have no more rheumatologist. The front desk staff was very rude when they told me i couldn’t see any doctors there anymore, and they also tried to get me to pay an incorrect bill, because they entered my insurance info incorrectly. At the same time, I was calling Dr Dean for over a week to talk about new concerning symptoms, but she suddenly “never got my messages” once the clinic decided they didn’t take my insurance. The staff made it sound like it was my fault that i didn’t know they didn’t take my insurance plan, even though they’d told me they took BCBS and never asked which plan i was on. Having an autoimmune disease is hard enough, but this treatment left me sicker and in much more pain. Back on the waitlist.
