Rude

The practicioners seem competent, but the office staff is incredibly rude (both over the phone and when you are in the office) and the last time they tried to schedule me for a procedure someone called me three weeks later to essentially yell at me because they didn't have the correct paperwork on file for a procedure THEY recommended and scheduled me for. Horrible, incompetent, messy, rude and unprofessional. Utterly not worth it.
