These folks gave me the absolute worst healthcare experience I have ever had. First, they tell me I have a potentially life-threatening condition. They have me take some tests and tell me they will call me in three days with results. I don’t hear from them for ten days, so I call them. They say the results were inconclusive. They have me retake the tests, and tell me they will call me in three days. After a week, I still have not heard from them, so I call. They tell me they cannot find the results. So they have me take the test again and tell me they will call me in three days. I ask if, yet again, I will have to dig up the results even though they promised to call me. After another week of not hearing from them, I call. They say they do not have the results. I hope somebody lost their job over this.
