Rude and Neglectful day staff

I was extremely upset by the lack of care my grandmother received during her stay at this facility. On several occasions, she was left unattended in the restroom even though she called out for help. Some of the staff seemed frustrated when she needed assistance shortly after the previous help. There was also little follow-up care to support her rehabilitation, which felt downright neglectful. Rehabilitation should focus on helping patients regain strength and mobility with CARE, but that didn’t seem to be happening here. The night staff were a bit better but I mean she didn't require as much by then.
