Very poor administration and not much better docs
Forms not mailed out to patient. Rude people on the phone. Forms lost moving from one department to another. Doctors that can't keep dates of last treatment straight. Nurses that don't know what procedures the doctors have scheduled. Mailing that states it is a final notice for scheduling a procedure when no other contact has been previously attempted, not even messaging through the patient portal. An online patient portal that can't show appointments because the software isn't compatible. I'll continue to drive all the way to Houston to go to MD Anderson from now on.

Half the time, thier computers are not working correctly and your appointment is cancelled, for days, BILLING YOUR MEDICAL INSURANCE is the main priority for this sorry excuse for a cancer treatment center!,
