Four Corners Anesthesia

I had paid several hundred dollars on a bill. I ended up moving and was having trouble getting my mail forwarded, next thing I know, I had a collection notice for $95.00. I had not received ONE phone call. I called the office, to ask them if they make phone calls before sending a customer to collections. The said that well, there is only 2 of us, so we don't have time to call. She also said that they outsourced the billing needs, and they would drop the ball often so they got a new company, but they sent my file over to the old company, so automatically was sent to collections. The lady on the phone was more than Rude, trying to make the customer (me) feel as everything is my fault, I had mentioned that it isn't the customers fault that you only have 2 people there and are understaffed. She said well, it isn't her fault I moved. Instead of taking the initiative to help the situation, she was on the phone extremely rude and sounded like she didn't care what so ever.
