Poor Office Management

Scheduled appt first week in Oct. 2023 for Nov 2023 at 8am. Son had previously been a patient here and they said nothing about new patient paperwork nor that he needed to arrive 30 minutes early for that paperwork. We arrived at 7:44am and were told he’d have to reschedule as we were supposed to be there by 7:30. Explained he’d been there before and was told it was to long ago so he’d still be a new patient. Have now had to reschedule for all the way out into Jan 2024 for a child that is in pain and has already made 2 trips to Urgent Care only for them to tell us that he there is nothing they can do other than clean his ears out and that he needs to be seen here. Can’t believe they’d let him remain in pain for 3 months when it was them that failed to communicate the need for him to fill out new patient paperwork. Very poor office management and communication.
