Pass on this practice
Was a new patient and things started well. Saw Dr. Herrera and he ordered lab work and an MRI for my ongoing prostate cancer of 15+ years. A telecom appointment was set to review the findings. However, the doctor never showed up for the appointment despite the lab work showing a serious increase in my PSA from 6 months ago. Tried to phone the office when he failed to call but they has closed early apparently. I would encourage looking elsewhere for your care as this practice does not impress with professional, responsible care of their patients.

Never even managed to schedule an initial appointment, even after my MD sent two referrals, and I made multiple calls and left multiple messages over two weeks. Never got a response to any of them. So how about a ZERO rating!
