I have been a patient of the Fillmore Eye Clinic for many years. The service always seems excellent once they tend to you. For all of my visits, I have had to wait a minimum of 45 minutes. Today was the last straw! I waited for one and a half hours and still was not called. I will not be returning and will find another provider.

I feel ripped off.
I went in for an eye exam because I needed new glasses. They were very efficient. HOWEVER, they charged me $60 extra just to get the Rx. I don't know if this is a new standard practice at Ophthalmologists, but I will certainly check this out with whomever I use next time I need an exam. It most likely won't be Fillmore.

What an awesome experience. Amanda was so pleasant and explained everything she was doing - great lady. Dr. Hicks - what can I say - a true professional and so kind to explain what was going on with my eyes. And then there was Rhetta - as she measured - she answered all of my questions - loved interacting with her. All in all - this was truly a professional and kind group of people. Made this appointment easier to accept. I would recommend them to everyone!
