Sundance Dental Care of Rio Rancho

While the dentists and hygienists are great, the billing department isn't. I received a notice that I owed $367 for a crown they did back in 2019 (it's 2025). They added this charge to a random PAID bill from October 2024 as an 'adjustment'. They didn't send the original bill from 2019 or any explanation or documentation for the charge. I had to call and ask what it was for. Because they refuse to provide any documentation, I have no way of knowing if this is even a legitimate charge.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jensen for many years. We had the opportunity to take my mother in law to Dr. Jensens office for the first time since she had moved in with us. She is a much older lady who has health issues and has also been afraid of going to the dentist her entire life. I told her that Dr. Jensen and his staff have always taken such fantastic care of me every time I go that even on a few occasions, because I'm not stressed out about being there, that the staff has had to wake me up in the chair because I've fallen asleep ! My wife told me that the entire staff treated her mother with extreme compassion and empathy, took the extra time with her to make her feel relaxed and comfortable, and made her first visit to Sundance Dental exactly the way I knew it would be. She especially commented on how the technician who was taking her xrays took the extra time with her and she was very appreciative for that. I would like to express my thanks to Dr. Jensen and his staff for the
