The front office staff leaves much to be desired. They are often just short of rude and act as though the patient is doing them a favor by being there. Crass comments are made about patients within ear shot and no one seems to mind. On the flip side Dr. Jean and Dr. Mathew are dynamite docs! The take the time to hear you, not just listen to you. If you need 15 minutes for a single issue or 30 minutes for a few or 60 for a bunch they are that kind of doctor. Because they are that kind of doctor scheduling can be tight, for me, it's worth a little wait time. Emergencies?, there's the E.R. I can withstand the staff to get to doctor. It is very hard to find a good doctor in the Las Vegas Valley, finally finding one, I'll make a few concessions.

I am appalled by the treatment my wife received at Boulder City Primary Care. She recently went to the front desk to get some paperwork filled out, as she has done for years. Despite filling it out correctly using the most recent Quest Diagnostics data, she was immediately and rudely accused of 'lying' on the form.The front desk staff were not only dismissive but also condescending, telling her she would have to make an appointment while smirking and talking about her as if she wasn’t there. When she mentioned wanting to make an appointment with her preferred physician, they laughed and questioned why she wouldn’t see another physician sooner. Their mocking attitude intensified when she began to tear up from their treatment.This sort of treatment is what you might expect at something like the DMV, but in a healthcare setting it is completely unacceptable. I can only imagine how many others in Boulder City are subjected to this smug, dismissive behavior, especially those who may not
