Calling Carson Urologist was the best decision I've ever made. I received a call back with in 24 hours. I was able to get an appointment within 8 days of my call back from the office. Quite unheard of, considering I'm a new patient and asked to see Dr. Roland Chen. I choose Dr. Chen for the fact that one of his specialties is dealing with complex kidney stones which I have. I saw Dr. Chen yesterday and Dr. Chen, along with the staff are a breath of fresh air. Thank you, for caring, listening and the educational information on how to move forward. FYI .. Within less than 24 hours I received a call from Ashley to let me know they had my surgery scheduled for Oct. 12th. Amazing, especially during these COVID times. Thank you, and I know I have the excellent care I deserve. It took five weeks and many calls to my former Urologist and office to get me scheduled for Surgery. After 22 years of being a patient it is now, goodbye, along with my canceling my upcoming Surgery with them.
