Doctor does not respond

My husband had an appointment yesterday at Banner Health Clinic( same day clinic) in Fallon, Nevada for his post nasal drip that is out of control, he got a anhystamine shot, and was told that if it didn't work, to call them and she would write/call in perscription for him. So, today,April 1,2022, i called them around 11a.m., and i was told that my information would be given to the Dr there. So 4 hours later, we go go our pharmacy, and it never got called in. So, i call them again, and told them to send it over to the Dr again and for the Dr to call me once it was called in. Well here it is, 6:55 p.m and still NO PERSCRIPTION. Guess who is going to show up at the office come Monday morning !!!!
