I took my mom today for the first time. Let me start off with WHY do you have front desk receptionist if all they do is talk very loud and not help these poor older patients. You expect these patients to sign in on a kiosk when HELLO they are there because they have EYE problems. You have very I mean very lazy staff working for this company. Why hire people who do not have a passion to help patients. This isn’t just a job for money these patients need help. Help signing in help with being able to SEE they already have enough problems they have to deal with already and than to have to come to this office to be treated poorly this is so sad. Your front desk receptionist the face of the company needs to be trained better or find another job where she doesn’t have to worry about patients.
