This was a new practice for our family, recommended by a friend. The front staff was pleasant and helpful from the time we checked in to the time waiting to be called back. Doctor was pleasant and bilingual.Definitely recommend Siena Pediatrics.

My son needed medical attention. I called and got a same day appointment. I got to meet the two new providers. Dr. Beatrice and Dr. Spencer are very friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment with Nicole Cash was amazing! The front staff was efficient and friendly. I love that the wait Time was so short. Definitely recommending to all my Friends!!!!

The office has gone downhill drastically over the past 10yrs. The receptionist/s seem to change often and some seem to even lack training or knowledge for being in a medical setting and dealing with insurance coverage. For instance, demanding an insurance card and each appt and stating it's because the insurance requires it when submitting a claim is laughable. Once the card is on file with the office, you have the mailing address accessible for claims payment! What really angers me is when I call with a sick child and they are booked out days if not more than a week for an appt. You have how many providers in your office? I have NEVER been able to get my daughter in for a same day sick appt. what's the point in having a well side and a sick side in your office if you can never accommodate the sick kids?! Your office needs to look at how it's scheduling and perhaps overbooking other appointments since you are not able to accommodate sick children in a timely manner.
