Stay far away from this place!!! Extremely incompetent at simply scheduling a date for Surgery or even the common courtesy of returning one phone call. I met with Dr.Patel on 11-8-21 and was told my Surgery would take place before the end of December. I stressed the importance of the surgery needing to happen before my Health Insurance expires on Jan 1st and they absolutely understood and agreed to complete it by then. After not hearing from the Scheduler for a week, I called the office on November 15th and spoke with Marissa B. She said she would call me back within 1-2 days with appointment but never did. I then left several more messages over the next 3 days at the office for her and never received a call back. I called the office this morning and was advised the surgery is scheduled for January after my Insurance expires!!! It took 17 days to find out they lied to me and could not complete my Surgery in December as they promised! They wasted my time and placed my health at risk.

Sharing my experience from today - absolutely shameful! "You’re surveying me about an appointment that never happened today because your staff sent me to an incorrect location (Gibson Rd - Henderson Hospital), which I confirmed twice with the office to make sure it was the correct location before going there today. Dr. Xu was not attending there today. I was told when I made the appointment that he attends there on Fridays only. Not so, this location he is only at on Mondays. I was the 3rd patient today (!) sent incorrectly to that location by the LV Surgical Associates Scheduling Team. Upon arriving and not having an appointment for me, the front office staff at the Gibson location (Henderson Hospital) gave me a Sunset address to drive to for the "correct location". I happened to call while driving there to confirm. At that point, I was given a 3rd address location at 2841 W Horizon Ridge Parkway.
