Office Staff is lazy and are unqualified
Dr Dueanas has been my physician for a decade, he is more than a Dr, I consider him my friend. His office at Hope Med Clinic are lazy and show no consideration for the patient. I was in to visit Dr Dueanas on Thursday 25 July. 9AM visit. Trash cans are all full and no paper in the restrooms. Dr Dueanas called in a couple of RXs to Nellis AFB Pharmacy. I drove an hour to pick up today at Nellis. RXs were not on file, I tried to contact the office staff at 418PM no answer, again at 420 and was Xfered to Jewels at the answering svc. She said that the office hours are to 430PM and to try again. I tried again and the office staff continued to loop the calls to the answering service.
