WELL, TWO THINGS STOOD OUT DURING MY VISIT; FIRST THING WAS THE SOMEWHAT SHOCKING RESPONSE FROM Alma, who got the phone the day of my appointment.I informed her i was probably going to be about 15 minutes late at the most 20 and i was hoping this would not be aproblem.She promptly informed me that if i was more than 20 minutes late there would be a hundred dollar fine before i coulsd see the DR. than she very rapidly informed me that i was already being charged 100 dollats for an appointment i had missed several days earlier.I started to explain why this had hAPPENED BUT SHE SIMPLY VERY CURTLY REPEATED THAT I WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PAY 100.00 TO EVEN BE PERMITTED TO SEE THE DENTIST, AND IF I DID NOT HURRY 200.00 WOULD BE REQUIRED!. i WAS OUTRAGED. FURIOUS, OFFENDED AND JUST SHOCKED.Only because the work i needed was so important and i had seen a couple of other dentists who were not impressively skilled i chose to bite the bullet.I have to say no other dentist of Dr. Had ever bee
