Las Vegas Urology - Northwest

I and my husband have been patients of Dr. Goli's for many years. The degradation of the care, lack of compassion and absolute rudeness of his staff is unbelievable. When he was located at Cathedral Rock, even though you couldn't understand his receptionist, at least the phones were answered. Now when I call, during normal business hours per his answering machine, I am transferred to his service. I spoke to them last week and informed I was calling during normal business hours and asked why I was transferred to his service. I was told he basically has no staff so calls are rerouted to his service. I received a very rude call this morning from, I'm almost certain was Monica (she's always been rude) to schedule a telehealth appointment after being seen at Urgent Care. Test results from July were never followed up on. I have always felt Dr. Goli was an excellent Urologist but his staff is going to eventually cost him his practice!! He needs to pay attention to what is occurring.
