I came here because they're supposed to be fibroid specialists. I actually like my doctor, but the staff is totally incompetent. I had to do their job for them and find a generic brand of my medication because the doctor prescribed me a name brand. I'm on medicaid and disabled due to fibroid complications and Medicaid never pays for name brand drugs. This is something the staff should know and they should have given me the generic version. Instead, the fools who work there refused to fill out my PA form as required by my insurance protocol. They were also too dumb to know what a generic drug is which caused me to do hours of their work for them. They wasted valuable time preventing me from getting my refill in a timely manner due to their poor training and refusal to follow the law as it pertains to Medicaid. This is the worst treatment I have ever received and simply because they are not fully trained in their jobs. I cannot recommend this place even though I like my doctor.
