NE is great at other offices; just not this one!

I had to depart after 25 minutes of waiting for an early morning appointment. The 'amazing' staff (5 or 6 young girls...) -Apparently aren't so 'amazing' afterall. Was told I would be called at 10:10 and by 10:35 I had to leave for another appt...No word from any of them as to why the delay and how long I was to 'wait' for appt. -The lack of courteous, mature & professional manner is apparent in this youthful group that definitely require better training if they are going to serve the public. I return to the other two offices where I know better professionalism exists.
