Medical Records

The primary care doctor I had was rarely in the office and pushed Urgent Care which is part of CVMC. Medical records I requested to be corrected due to inaccuracy were not done. Nor is it done in a timely manner or contacted with a corrected copy. I found insertions in MyChart that were so inaccurate or false that it caused refusal of life insurance. I requested MDI (insurance investigators) to investigate and I received corrections stating on their end it was corrected. It took 2 years to get CVMC to make those corrections. It is the worst operated facility I have ever been to in 60 years.
