Horrible Experience/Negligence
We called the office for my son who had extreme allergy like symptoms in August of 2023 and the earliest appointment was in October of 2023. To triage the symptoms we also saw our pediatrician in August. His symptoms started getting worse to a point where he was coughing so much that he was vomiting multiple times a day and having trouble breathing. He had a few emergency visits, was on steroids, nebulizers, and had x-rays to ensure nothing else was going on. An urgent referral was sent over to this allergist's office but nope, no change in our appt. We had our scheduled appointment in Oct to have an allergy scratch test with the doctor, waited for 1.5 hours to see someone and then was told that the doctor had to leave early and we couldn't do the scratch test either. We were then given an option for bloodwork (which is rough for a 4.5 year old) and then scheduled a back-up appt for a scratch test which was way out in Jan of 2024.
