Sierra Nevada Periodontics and Implant Dentistry

Front desk staff is abrasive, Dr. French was over an hour late to my mid day appointment - on a day of the week she admittedly never schedules procedures for. I saw the doctor for a total of about 6 minutes (I timed it) and was charged $180. That’s $1800/hour! The quote I was given for a procedure worked out to about $1500/hour. For that kind of money, an apology for flagrantly abusing my time would have been nice. I let their sales closer know that the pricing was out of line and I wasn’t happy about the abuse of my time. A few weeks after my appointment I was called by the abrasive gentleman at the front desk to inform me that they had cancelled future appointments, and would not see me. Two weeks after that call and I’m still waiting for them to forward records to my regular dentist. Overall a very disappointing experience.
