HORRIBLE Disrespectful front desk .I am a medical provider and i feel obligated to the medical care profession to tell you about the way i was treated . Last Friday after I got off work, at 4:45 pm I called to schedule an appointment that I received a referral for . Stephanie answered and could not find me in her system. I told her I was given a referral but she was having issues looking me up. Over and over she curtly said hold on to me. I waited for her to find my name and after several minutes I asked if I could please answer my other line to just give my young daughter a quick message . She refused to let me just click over and tell my daughter I was coming to get her. I again waited for her many minutes not finding me me, her system is down.. She repeatedly put me on hold. After more time waiting bc she couldn't pull up my referral but seemed to of found my name she told me to hold longer. I explained I am holding for you and you won't just let me take one second
