Excellent doctor, Terrible patient services
Dr Adelson is my doctor and he is amazing. Excellent care with compassion and expertise. At this time he is the only reason I stay with the practice. The service received when calling with questions or requesting prescription refills is terrible. Expect to wait at least 2 weeks to have an issue resolved, sometimes much longer. When I was having an allergy flare up it took 3 weeks for the nurse to speak with the doctor and get back to me. After allergy testing, it took over 5 months to have the allergy drops prepared. To have a prescription sent to a new pharmacy, over two weeks. To have these things taken care of takes several phone calls. When I mentioned this to Barbara, I was told I need to understand the practice has grown and I am welcome to find another doctor if I don't like the service. I hate writing bad reviews, and have written many good reviews for this practice in the past. However, I want others to be aware if they are considering this practice.
